The 404 Hotel operates on a hands-off approach to luxury hospitality. A visit to The 404 Hotel affords travelers the amenities of a luxury hotel experience, with the convenience and privacy that comes with a rented apartment. All guests are provided with an email confirmation of their four-digit code allowing them to enter the hotel and their room privately. Our team is on site MondayFriday 9 am-5 pm and on-call Saturday and Sunday. We are only a phone call away if guests require assistance during that time at 615-242-7404. In case of emergency, please call 911.

The 404 Hotel is a four room, one of a kind, luxury hotel that requires full payment 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made by 3 PM one week prior to your check-in date, at which time you will be charged the full amount of your entire stay. Please note, if you book within the cancellation period referenced above, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your room rate. Nashville is a vibrant, growing city, and as our neighborhood continues to grow, we cannot predict when and where new construction will begin; unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on confirmed reservations if construction occurs near us during your stay.

How do I gain access to my hotel room?2017-05-25T16:57:32+00:00

Prior to your arrival to The 404 Hotel, guests will receive access information via email. The email reservation confirmation will include a four-digit access code for entry to the hotel and guest room, as well as parking and location information.

How early can I arrive, and how late before I must depart?2017-05-25T16:57:03+00:00

Guests may arrive at 3 pm on the first day of their stay, and must depart by 11 am on their day of departure. Please note that room entry access codes will not work prior to 3 pm, and will automatically deactivate at 11 am.

Yes, one parking space per room is included with your stay. Four enclosed spaces are located in the rear of the hotel and accessed through the Station Inn parking lot (adjacent to the hotel). It is important to note that the hotel parking spaces are not very spacious, and large sized vehicles may have difficulties maneuvering in our lot. Please email hello@the404nashville.com with the make, model and color of the vehicle to register with the hotel.

Yes, Wi-Fi access at The 404 Hotel is complimentary and login information can be found in the guest book located on the desk in your guest room.

No, The 404 Hotel is a 100% non-smoking facility. Please be advised that should you smoke in one of our rooms, a fee of $500 will be automatically charged to the credit card you provided plus any additional damages assessed by our cleaning service provider.

We can’t make promises because of our limited storage space, and our onsite hours, so it is best to contact us via phone or email to discuss luggage storage options.

What happens if I left an item behind after I departed?2019-07-10T19:58:26+00:00

The 404 Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please notify our manager of the item left behind. If the item is found, the manager and guest will coordinate next steps. If contact does not occur, items left behind will be held for a maximum of 30 days, after which, items will be donated or discarded.

Yes, it is true. While we love children and pets; especially cute ones, unfortunately, The 404 Hotel is not properly equipped to accommodate their needs for a perfect, safe and fun stay. Please understand that any guest found violating the no pet policy will automatically be charged a $250 room cleaning fee, and if any damages are found, and additional $500 fee will automatically be charged as well.
